Takun Capital – another con in the making?

Led by Ranjeet’s key associate, S Meena Silverajah

Takun Capital – another con in the making?

One alert investor recently discovered that Ranjeet may be at it again. This time, the scheme leverages the global footprint of HK and UK entities, fronted by his trusted associate.

This is not Vascory or 3Lyon or Kuber. A brand-new con!. Takun Capital Bond.

Takun Capital Limited has issued a US$1 billion junk bond. The woman leading the charge is S Meena Silverajah — the same person who, for years, posed as a bank representative, flashed fake insurance guarantees, and helped Ranjeet loot hundreds of millions of ringgit from ordinary Malaysians, retirees, professionals and even government-linked entities.

This is not a legitimate capital-raising exercise. This is the same syndicate, wearing a new mask.

THE SAME OLD PATTERN, NEW PACKAGING

Meena was part of Ranjeet’s core team at Vascory. She was the friendly voice on the phone who convinced victims the investment was safe, approved, and backed by insurance. Many of those “guarantees” were later exposed as fake or highly questionable. She collected the money. She delivered it into the system. And now, while Ranjeet faces MACC charges for bribery and forgery, and while his main companies have been wound up by the courts, Meena has moved to Takun Capital.

THE HISTORY

In late 2023, after MaPeR Malaysia uncovered and started exposing various Ponzi Scams perpetrated by Ranjeet using “wealth agents” like Meena and Kalaichelvi, supported by his other honchos, the extent of the cheating and looting had only grown larger. So far, based on victims account and publicly available information, the amount cheated/looted from unsuspecting victims/investors by Ranjeet-linked Ponzi organisations are:

  • Vascory more than RM 120 mil
  • 3Lyon more than RM 190 mil
  • Kuber more than RM 30 mil
  • Koperasi Usahawan Putrajaya Berhad (KOUP) more than RM 80 mil
  • G&P and Rothchilds more than RM 60 mil
  • Peninsula Asia Capital more than RM 5 mil
  • Tri Capital Ventures more than RM 5 mil
  • Undeclared loans from victims more than RM 30 mil
  • Unpaid Malaysian and UK court judgements of over RM 500 mil

…totalling over RM 1.02 bil! Looted! Gone!

According to the publicly available records of one of Ranjeet’s major Ponzi vehicle, Vascory, the key management members consisted of:

  • Datuk Wira Ranjeet Singh Sidhu (Group MD)
  • Tan Sri Syed Yusof Bin Tun Syed Nasir (Group Chairman)
  • Tan Sri Rashpal Singh Randhay (Group Advisor)
  • Datuk Manibalan Kutty (Group ED)
  • Loo Seng Kit @ Robin (Group CFO)
  • Pushpan Murugiah (Group COO)
  • S Meena Silverajah (Group Sales)
  • And several others.

From what MaPeR understands, Loo Seng Kit is now bankrupt after failing to pay judgements sums over RM12mil – despite Loo having helped Ranjeet cheat and launder hundreds of millions of ringgit. Just last week, one reader informed us that Pushpan Murugiah was recently sacked as CEO from Centre to Combat Corruption and Cronyism (C4 Center Malaysia), likely arising from his intricate involvement with Ranjeet in several criminal activities from 2010 until sometime mid-2020. His exit from C4 came just 3 months after Ranjeet was charged by MACC for bribery and forgery. According to a former Huawei executive whose colleague was questioned by the authorities, apparently Pushpan was one of Ranjeet’s right-hand men in discussions between Ranjeet and Huawei and there are dozens of email trails linking them. How much did Pushpan enrich himself by helping Ranjeet over a decade from 2010 until 2020 is a mystery that only the authorities can unravel.

Record shows that Pushpan left Ranjeet’s ponzi scam group sometime in 2020. According to Kutty, one of the main reasons Pushpan left was due to jealousy - because Meena was paid more than him from the looted sums despite Meena not taking any executive role and Pushpan having to do so many things to cover all the group’s track in illegal dealings.

Meena however, is still very much involved with Ranjeet – albeit discretely. We know that among the few close circle of Ranjeet, both Kutty and Meena are holding his loot worth tens of millions of ringgit (if not hundreds of million!) in form of precious metals, properties and cash stash. Ranjeet had made sure his Tan Sri friend had “kaw-tim” the relevant authorities (maybe MACC?, maybe LHDN?, maybe SSM?, maybe all?!) to protect and take no action against Meena and Kutty along with several other key members of Ranjeet’s ponzi scams.

USD 1 BIL JUNK BOND

Financial tracking data confirms that Takun Capital Limited issued this $1 billion USD fixed-rate senior unsecured bond on March 18, 2026.

According to search disclaimer on Google, you should exercise extreme caution before interacting with or investing in this security for the following reasons:

  • No Public Track Record: The issuer, Takun Capital Limited, is an obscure entity registered with a Hong Kong country of risk profile. It does not have a widely recognized public profile, financial history, or credit rating from major global agencies (like Moody's, S&P, or Fitch).
  • High-Risk Pricing: A 7.5% coupon rate on a USD-denominated bond is exceptionally high for current interest rate environments. In institutional fixed-income markets, a rate this high typically signals a high-yield ("junk") classification or a distressed credit profile, reflecting a high risk of default.
  • Institutional-Only Denominations: The minimum investment face value is $100,000 USD. It is structured for institutional investors, not retail individuals.
  • Limited Information: Outside of specialized fixed-income data providers like Cbonds, there is virtually no public corporate reporting, prospectus availability, or secondary market liquidity data for this entity.

If you are being offered this bond as a retail investment, or if someone is pressuring you to purchase it, it carries a very high risk profile and could potentially be part of an unlisted debt solicitation scam. You should immediately report to the authorities in your jurisdiction.

Takun Capital Limited (UK), is a United Kingdom-based private limited company (No. 16789664) and financial intermediary established in October 2025. The firm claims to operate within international capital markets and is notable for issuing corporate debt, including an outstanding $1 billion senior unsecured USD bond (7.5% due 2033).

THIS IS HOW THEY KEEP WINNING

They wait for the heat to die down. They create new companies in the UK and Hong Kong. They issue complex-sounding bonds that most ordinary people cannot understand. Then they send the same familiar faces — or their new proxies — to approach the same network of victims and new targets with “exclusive opportunities”.

The script never changes: high returns, safety, urgency, and “you are one of the lucky few”.

Our readers need to reflect on this latest discovery. Do you think any institutions will subscribe such junk bond? Which mysterious companies will be pouring USD 1 billion into Takun IF NOT by some of Ranjeet’s shadow companies that is hoarding the looted/stolen monies!

Share every message, every proposal, every name with other victims. The only thing these predators fear is coordinated exposure and swift regulatory action.

Ranjeet and his remaining loyalists have shown they will keep adapting, keep creating new entities, and keep trying to extract value from the wreckage they created. They are counting on victims being tired, scattered, and slow to react.

Do not give them that luxury.

The pattern is clear. The players are the same. The only question left is how many more people will be allowed to lose everything before the authorities shut this network down for good.

There is a limit of what MaPeR can do. We are based in the UK and are far from the ground where the action is taking place. Most victims are in Malaysia. Act fast before your stolen money vanishes through Takun and other conduits created by Ranjeet and his collaborators.
