Three Stooges of Bollywood and Mollywood: Manibalan, Ranjeet & Rashpal
The Three Stooges and their desperate moves only prove how deep their web of deception goes.
We received this letter from Mr.X, someone who knows Manibalan and wishes to remain anonymous. It is published with some minor editing without removing or changing any facts.

During last Chinese New Year drinking session, even before Datuk Manibalan Kutty got fully drunk, he openly admitted a shocking plan. Datuk Wira Ranjeet Singh Sidhu, acting on instructions from Tan Sri Rashpal Singh Randhay in 2024, agreed that because of all the bad press hitting Ranjeet hard since late 2023 (and even worse after July 2025), they must create distance. Manibalan and Rashpal would pretend to be on bad terms with Ranjeet – make sure public and authorities see they are "not in good books" with him anymore. This is classic conman trick – pure damage control to shield themselves from angry investors and prying eyes. For easy understanding, we call these three crooks the Three Stooges of Bollywood and Mollywood.
In early July 2025, when MACC arrested Ranjeet under Bahagian Operasi Khas, they also froze assets linked to him. One big jewel in their crown is the 192-acre land where Templer’s Park Golf & Country Club (TPCC) sits. To protect this valuable asset, the Three Stooges quickly cooked up a story for MACC: they claimed the land is worth almost nothing – just “tanah pajak” (leasehold land), and the real owner is the State of Selangor.
They are half-right, but mostly lying to fool the authorities. We hope BOK boss, Datuk Zamri sees through their game.
I also too familiar with golf clubs since became member of MGA many years ago. The true value of this 192-acre TPCC land in Rawang, Selangor can easily exceed RM700 million based on current market prices. Agricultural lands in that area are fetching around RM80-RM90 per square foot or more for good parcels. That works out to roughly RM3.9 million per acre – and even higher for big sites with strong location advantages near highways and forest reserves like Templer Park. Yes, the land is leasehold with agricultural zoning, but renewal premiums for agricultural land are cheap. It costs far less than residential or commercial land renewals, so most of the value stays intact.
On top of that, this is no empty farmland. It is a fully developed, established golf course with manicured fairways, club facilities, membership revenue, events, and all the extras. Plus so good location. That adds huge premium – way above bare agricultural land. Investors eyeing recreation, resort conversion, or redevelopment in this fast-growing corridor would pay top ringgit. The Three Stooges know this, that’s why they tried so hard to downplay it.
Another damning detail from the MACC raid at Kyowa Kanko Kaihatsu (M) Berhad’s office – the company that owns the TPCC land. While MACC officers combed through files looking for money laundering evidence, Datuk Manibalan Kutty was seen walking in and out (mostly out) of the office. His own staff telling what kind of boss like this, we stuck there in fear and anxiety to stay and face the officers while he going out most of time. Manibalan was on non-stop phone calls with the real boss – Tan Sri Rashpal Singh Randhay – getting instructions on what to say or do. What calmed him down? Rashpal assured him he had already spoken to Tan Sri Abu Kassim (former MACC chief), who then spoke to Datuk Seri Ahmad Khusairi Yahaya, promising Manibalan would not be called for questioning or arrested alongside Ranjeet. This came straight from Manibalan’s own loose lips to Mr. X when he was blurting out too much.
Manibalan even boasted to Mr. X that if needed, he has Tan Sri Azam Baki’s mobile number and is close enough to ask for favours. Impressive connections, isn’t it? Shows how these people think they are above the law.
One more bombshell from Mr. X: Manibalan telling Ranjeet knew his bankruptcy was coming and wanted to keep control of TPCC. So he asked Rashpal to use Knight Capital to create a fake debt on Vascory Berhad. That way, during liquidation, Knight Capital could claim the golf course asset. Having legal background myself (though never practised), this does not sound logical and likely impossible without serious fraud. Either Mr. X got it wrong, or these Three Stooges – especially the so-called veteran banker Tan Sri Rashpal – are even more reckless than I thought.
The bottom line is sickening: while one part of MACC (BOK) was doing its job properly, the Three Stooges used their influence on another part MACC cartel to stall, divert, or block any real probe into Manibalan or Rashpal. That’s why, until now, MACC has not hauled them in for questioning or charges.
This is exactly how the syndicate survives – connections, lies, and protection rackets. This destroy our country.
Victims of Ranjeet and his gang – don’t stay silent anymore. If you lost money in Vascory Berhad, 3Lyon Holdings, Kuber Venture, or any linked scheme, or if you know anything about TPCC dealings, Knight Capital claims, or these three stooges’ manoeuvres, come forward now. Share your evidence. The more voices rise, the harder it becomes for them to hide behind fake distance, fake debts, and high-level phone calls. Justice is coming – make sure your story helps put these crooks where they belong. Act today before they slip away again.
