I writing to you because this BPMB-VTEL scandal corruption level already hit breaking point - I cannot keep quiet anymore. This is not just a normal corporate fraud case; this is a story how one "band of culprits" led by Ranjeet, Tan Sri Rashpal, and Tan Sri Syed Yusof successfully infiltrate and manipulate our institutions that supposedly protect the Rakyat. Starting from those corrupt staff inside Bank Pembangunan like Afidah and Nik Nor Aini, until the network of complicit lawyers who also shareholders in Ranjeet’s companies; the level of collusion is really shocking. Court also kena tipu with fictitious and false affidavits. Judiciary manipulated. You just read the legal submissions and grounds of decision - it’s a total horror story! Even Rashpal’s long-time business partner with Ranjeet through Vascory shows a massive conflict of interest that they let rot at the highest level of corporate governance. And you know what? Rashpal was appointed to BPMB board using bribery to former PM and using a fake CV?! Just read the ICIJnews report.
What BPMB is doing is nothing but corporate manslaughter. Everything is orchestrated just to drain Ranjeet’s enemies of their money, time, and peace of mind using fake litigations, false reporting, and one kind of poisonous, misleading narrative. After Ranjeet got arrested recently, now he start a new desperate twist: trying to say Silver Ridge's former director is his personal money laundering partner. I already call my friend in SR and they say not even one director there ever met Datuk Zafer or Ranjeet. What lies he pushing.
This is a clear trap to pull MACC into another fake narrative. I really hope you can publish my email as a plea to YAB PM Anwar Ibrahim. As Prime Minister and Finance Minister, he must act before these people further destroy the integrity of MACC, Police, SSM, SC, and LHDN. This institutional rot is happening under his direct watch - is the Madani Government going to finally clean up this filth, or just let the Rakyat keep paying the price for this orchestrated evil?
